I begin with thorough assessments and establish what you want (your dream). This process is in accord with my C.H.E.K Institute training, as well as my 11+ years of experience working with athletes, pre and post rehab clients wanting to get and stay out of pain, and truly health curious individuals.

Whether you wish to move toward some aspect of your potential, or to move away from pain, this process insures we begin from where you are, in the direction you wish to go. Relevant assessments are performed periodically to track changes (results). All of the assessments are useful, and we only assess what you are ready, willing and able to. Your journey is one in which trust is an ever evolving aspect of the process. If you’re unable to clearly state what you want, we begin with what you don’t want, both approaches give direction. It’s reasonable to expect it to take at least one year to fully assimilate the life enhancing behavior changes. My goal is for you to be a light of good health, toward that, I promise to listen without judgement, always meeting you where you are.
