Diet

Here I use diet as a verb- Dieter: from the Latin word dieta meaning: way of life

A great diet is both specific and broad. If you have a specific ailment/need such as:

  • ADHD

  • GERD

  • Overweight/obese

  • Depression

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Poor Sleep

  • Sport performance

Be specific in assessing results, but don’t ignore the basics. Between meals (2-4 hours after eating) ask yourself:

  1.  How are my mood states?

  2. How is my ability to concentrate?

  3. How are my energy levels?

  4. Is my sex drive normal for me?

Play with your food

Play with your food!

I recognize that our relationship with food is deeply ingrained in us. I avoid selecting any one way of eating, instead I study great teachers from many schools of thought. I also use my personal and clinical experience so I may appreciate your choices, be they:

  • Paleo

  • South Beach

  • GAPS

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

  • Metabolic typing, etc.

Good health leaves little room for dis-ease, the truth is in the results. Strive for high vitality!
